Business Analyst (ID#3839)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to help our client deploy MS Teams Voice to their corporate group and develop a plan to deploy to corporate users at other sites.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in BC healthcare
• CBAP or other Business Analyst designation
• Understanding of business process design
• Voice and communications systems analysis, design and migration experience is an asset
• Project Manager or Project Coordinator experience
• Solution adoption and operation transition experience
• Experience working on large health care integration initiatives/projects is preferred
