Full Stack Developer (ID#3523)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to help our client with a project to replace an existing critical Database with a more modern, easy-to-use, sustainable solution that will allow for future growth. The initiative will involve understanding the existing workflow and process, defining requirements for the new solution, identifying the new solution that meets the needs, and successfully implementing the solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze systems used by the current solution
  • Assess the effort required to upgrade the system
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Identify the tables, forms, functions, and triggers for the system
  • Upgrade the system database to SQL 2012 or above
  • Front end development to meet the business requirements
  • Setup and configure Prod, Dev, and Test environment
  • Develop functional specifications and work with BAs to complete development work
  • Develop customized functions
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Gather and document system requirements
  • Make system configuration changes to support new workflow
  • Develop test scripts, execute functionality testing
  • Provide other project documentation as required by the project manager

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Experience developing desktop and web applications
  • Familiarity with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
  • Experience in Microsoft Access development
  • Experience in database management
  • Experience in Health Informatics Systems
  • Experience in System Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in developing test scripts
  • Experience working as part of a project team
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
