Infrastructure Business Analyst (ID#3844)

We are seeking an Infrastructure Business Analyst to help our client build and support their multi-cloud environment. The successful candidate will be an be an experienced IT professional with expertise in how IT manages mission critical IT workloads. A strong understanding of ITIL and adapting ITIL to cloud workloads and processes is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing technical requirements for IT tools and processes
  • Requirements elicitation, analysis and management
  • Identifying, evaluating and having a clear understanding of the high-level business needs of clients and stakeholders
  • Translating business requirements to detailed technical requirements with fluency to enable IT technical teams
  • Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources;
  • Reconciling conflicting requirements
  • Abstracting up low-level technical information to a high-level general
    understanding
  • Creating and updating requirements traceability matrix against solution architecture, design, test planning and hand-over to support
  • Providing technical analysis and preparing presentation of recommendation to management
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing potential impacts to requirements and technical scope
  • Assisting in developing and validating test plans
  • Business process mapping of current state and desired state

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience  in IT
  • 8+ years of experience working as an Infrastructure Business Analyst
  • Experience with complex Information Technology (IT) projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to produce concise, structured and well written documents and reports
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast paced priority driven environment
  • Exceptional level of professionalism; personable, approachable, courteous
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail including an awareness of downstream effects of actions
  • Ability to work independently to meet deliverables and solve problems
  • Self-starter, proactive and solution oriented
  • Ability to adapt to change and tolerate high stress levels
  • Experience working within a healthcare environment is preferred
