Service Desk Analyst (ID#4500)

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to help our client support their IT business needs. The successful candidate will possess at least five years of work experience and knowledge over a broad range of technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal clients across US and Canada via phone, Teams, and using a ticket system
  • Provide first level triage and support for our internal proprietary applications
  • Provide intermediate triage and support for typical deskside support scenarios
  • Maintain application updates and patching
  • Maintain Operating System updates and patching
  • Manage small to medium infrastructure projects including upgrades, new services and service changes
  • Administer and maintain spare parts inventory
  • Shared 7×24 on call – corporate mobile device(s) provided
  • Deployment and relocation of printers, desk stations, network cabling

  • Schlumberger desktop applications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience in first\second level IT Support
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows system administration
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
  • Experience supporting Citrix remote access
  • Experience supporting Office 365-Office Suite, Teams
  • Experience deploying applications using SCCM
  • MCP, ITIL certification is preferred
