Strategic Accounts Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Accounts Manager/Professional Services Director.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the marketing, selling and management of accounts of potential clients and clients. The primary solution for sale includes, but not limited to:

  • General IT consulting services (management consulting, mobile and application development).
  • Contingent labour services.
  • Cyber security services (pen tests, software fabric).
  • Infrastructure services (unified communications and ITIL).
  • Cloud services (Azure, AWS, Migration, Development, Administration).
  • Perform sales calls of prospects.
  • Produce proposals for prospects and clients.
  • Manage accounts as directed.
  • Help us detail, design, and implement tactics that will generate leads in both new and existing markets, in Canada and the U.S. This includes email, text, and cold call outreach to generate leads.
  • Video sales calls with prospects to qualify clients.
  • Manage and maintain our client and lead database.
  • Conduct outbound communications to qualified leads.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, prospects and leads.
  • Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Assist in all sales and marketing activities where required.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the full IT stack and their relevant service offerings and their sales cycle.
  • Experienced with selling and proposing IT Management Consulting services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to use CRM software.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • A high level of professionalism.
  • An obsession with driving sales results.
