This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on newvaluegroup.com, what each one is for, and how to change what you allow. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal information more broadly.

Cookies set by newvaluegroup.com are called first-party. Cookies set by another company whose service appears on our pages are third-party.

Always active. These are required for the site to function and are not optional, so we do not ask permission for them.

• nvs_cookie_consent — records the cookie choices you made here, so we do not ask again on every page. First-party, six months.
• wordpress_logged_in_*, wp-settings-* — keep you signed in and remember your display preferences. Set only if you sign in to the TELUS partner zone or the site administration. First-party, session to one year.
• Zoho captcha — the anti-spam image on our contact form is served by Zoho and may set a short-lived cookie. Without it the form cannot be submitted.

Optional. Cookies in this category would remember choices you make — such as a language or region — so the site behaves the way you left it.

We do not currently set any cookies in this category. The choice is offered so that if we add such a feature, it is covered by a permission you have already given or refused, rather than appearing without notice.

Optional. These help us understand which pages are read and where visitors run into difficulty. The results are aggregated and we do not use them to identify you.

• Zoho web form analytics — measures how often our contact form is viewed and completed. Set by crm.zohopublic.ca. Third-party.
• _ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat* — Google Analytics, used to count visits and measure how pages perform. First-party, up to two years. Only set when Google Analytics is active on the site.

Optional. These measure how well our campaigns work and let a conversation carry across visits.

• Zoho SalesIQ (zsiq*, _zcsr_tmp, zld*) — recognises you between visits so that if you speak to us, the conversation can pick up where it left off, and links a form submission to the visit it came from. Set via salesiq.zohocloud.ca. Up to one year.
• _gcl_* — Google Ads click identifiers, used to tell whether a visit followed one of our advertisements. First-party, up to 90 days. Only set when Google advertising is active on the site.

The optional cookies above are operated by two companies on our behalf:

• Zoho Corporation — our customer relationship management and live chat provider. Data from the contact form and SalesIQ is held in Zoho’s Canadian data centre.
• Google LLC — analytics and advertising measurement, where enabled.

Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it collects.
