Full Stack Developers (ID#5133)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking two Senior Full Stack Developers to support the development of a secure, scalable, and high-performing file transfer platform. This business-critical solution will enable secure digital collaboration across organizations and external partners. The developers will work remotely during Pacific Time business hours and contribute to the full lifecycle of software development in an agile environment.

• Design and implement front-end and back-end features using React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Redis, and Postgres DB.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (OpenShift, Docker).
• Integrate secure authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0) and centralized identity provider access.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established development standards.
• Perform database modeling, querying, optimization, and maintenance.
• Develop automated testing and deployment processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support transition services including knowledge transfer and onboarding of future teams.

• 6+ years of full stack development experience within the last 10 years.
• Proven experience with React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Redis, Postgres DB, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Experience with secure coding practices and authentication systems.
• Strong background in agile development environments.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate via Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with tools and platforms such as ClamAV, Kafka/NATS, Splunk/Kibana, S3.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, OpenShift).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD frameworks and automated testing.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
