New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in business analysis, project management, and change management.

This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality documentation and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver core Business Analysis services, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate meetings virtually and in person.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, process maps, and change management plans.
  • Prepare presentations for steering committees and maintain logs (risk, issue, decision).
  • Create statements of work and other project documentation.
  • Support change management activities across stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Apply project management principles and techniques to support successful delivery.
  • Analyze and document business problems and design approaches using established business process improvement methodologies.
  • Present and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in changing environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience in Business Analyst lead roles within the industry is required.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage short- and long-term goals.
  • Leadership skills to identify tasks, negotiate responsibilities, and provide direction to stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and adapt to change.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to formulate practical solutions.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Visio.
  • Ability to gather and translate business and non-functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and change management practices.
