Senior Project Manager (ID#5123)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a large-scale IT initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal IT leadership and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and manage critical technology projects that support educational and administrative operations.

• Manage complex, high-visibility IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster strong communication across departments.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects follow ITS PMO standards, best practices, and change management processes.
• Support business case development and ensure project outcomes align with organizational objectives.

• 8–10 years of experience in IT project or program management, including 5+ years managing large enterprise projects
• PMP certification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with business transformation, portfolio management, and enterprise systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. risk logs, work plans, stakeholder comms)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while delivering high-quality outcomes
• Experience with vendor and stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or related field
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
