Supply Chain Strategy Consultant (ID#5121)

TimeNew Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Consultant to support the development of a long-term provincial supply chain operations strategy and roadmap. This will cross multiple organizations.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end diagnostic review of current operations across 4 organizations.
- Identification of gaps and opportunities across logistics, inventory, demand planning, structure, and cost.
- Identify best practices and potential process changes to support provincial supply chain.
- Network optimization using scenario modeling for future distribution needs (5 – 10 years).
- Development of a sequenced implementation roadmap.
Deliverables Include:
- A comprehensive network optimization strategy, inclusive of several options.
- Number of resources to run the operation.
- Roadmap to implement including timeline.
- Indicative cost to run the provincial supply chain.
- Preparation of a business case with ROI and timeframe for payback
Requirements:
- Healthcare Supply Chain experience, ideally in Canadian or public health systems.
- Expertise in Network Optimization, scenario modeling, and cost analysis.
- Proven Strategic Advisory Skills, including roadmap development and executive engagement.
- Relevant Credentials, such as SCMP, CSCP, or CPIM; membership in organizations like Supply Chain Canada, ASCM, or NISCL
- Public Sector Knowledge, with familiarity in healthcare procurement and governance
