Transition Lead Consultant (ID#5033)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Transition Lead Consultant to oversee change management, communications, and training strategy for a large-scale transformation program. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of future-state behaviors and delivery outcomes. This is a 12-month engagement, with on-site work in Richmond, BC three days a week (additional on-site time may be required with notice).

Responsibilities:

• Develop a people and culture strategy, including stakeholder analysis and tailored change management tactics
• Design and execute communication, learning, and change management plans to support behavior adoption
• Lead program-level transition and business change implementation with operations teams
• Provide both pre and post go-live support; design and operate go-live command center
• Collaborate with benefits measurement and operations teams to track metrics and adjust strategies
• Build and manage relationships across complex stakeholder environments
• Lead a team to develop deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Produce artifacts such as training schedules, communications plans, and change materials

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives
• Proven ability to operate independently and lead or contribute within teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience navigating public sector, unionized stakeholder environments
• Prior experience in business transformation programs or projects
• Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with claims process from start to finish
